Pricing
One price for the whole family.
CA$29 a month or CA$249 a year covers every child in the family, up to 6. It’s free during the pilot, until at least 31 January 2027, and families approved during it can keep CA$19 a month for as long as they stay subscribed.
Every child, one plan.

Knows a lot. Tells them a little at a time.
Hazel, their AI guide, can go from sharks to black holes to how bones heal, in words their age can follow. In practice it asks first, hints next, and shows the full answer only once they’re still stuck.
Screen time that feeds their curiosity instead of eating it.
No ads, no videos, no streaks, no leaderboards, no other users. They ask, guess, explain and write, and after about twenty minutes Hazel says it’s a good place to stop.
Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
During the pilot
- Free until at least 31 January 2027.
- We’ll email you at least 30 days before the pilot ends for your family, and nothing is charged for a day before then.
- If you never choose a plan, you’re never charged. When your free time ends, your children’s sessions pause until you do.
- If you do, it’s CA$19 a month for as long as you stay subscribed. Choosing early doesn’t end your free time: the first charge waits until it’s over.
After the pilot
- 14 days free from the day you’re approved, with no card.
- An email 3 days before the free days end.
- Then CA$29 a month or CA$249 a year, if you choose a plan. If you don’t, nothing is charged and sessions pause until you do.
What every plan includes.
What’s included
- Every child in the family.Up to 6, each with their own sessions, practice and section of the Sunday report, for the one price.
- Practice shaped around what they love.Math, science, reading, English and social studies, aimed at their grade’s learning goals and climbing only when they’re ready.
- Their own questions, explored safely.Anything they wonder about, with every message checked both ways and no internet to wander into.
- The Sunday Dinner Report.Where their curiosity went, how practice went, and three questions to ask at the table.
- The grown-up PIN.Once you set it, your dashboard, reports, settings and plan stay away from children using the device.
- The AI in Canada.Stored in Montreal, with the AI called in the same region. The privacy notice says plainly what that does and doesn’t cover.
The limits, plainly
- Daily limits, on every plan.Up to 10 sessions and 40 messages a day for each child (20 and 120 for the whole family), so it can’t swallow the evening.
- A monthly AI allowance, included in the price. Each family also has a monthly AI allowance, about CA$25 of AI, which we pay for. If it’s ever used up, sessions pause until next month. It’s the same on every plan, and nothing extra is charged.
Easy to stop.
Cancel any time in Settings. After that there are no more charges, and you keep access until the end of the month or year you’ve paid for. If you cancel, we don’t refund part of a month or year. If you were charged by mistake, write to info@goodrabbithole.com within 14 days and we’ll refund it.
Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. We’ll change a price only with at least 30 days’ notice by email, and a founding price not at all while you stay subscribed (sales tax, if we ever have to add it, comes with the same notice). If we remove your family, or close your account at your request, we cancel your plan at once and refund the part you hadn’t used. The full wording is in the terms.
Before you ask for access.
- Is it per child? No. One plan covers every child in the family, up to 6, each with their own sessions, practice and section of the Sunday report.
- Do I need a card to try it?No. It’s free during the pilot, until at least 31 January 2027. After the pilot, new families get 14 days free from the day they’re approved, with no card, and an email 3 days before the free days end.
- What happens when the pilot ends? We’ll email you at least 30 days before it ends for your family, and nothing is charged for a day before then. You pay only if you choose a plan; if you don’t, your children’s sessions pause until you do. If you do, it’s CA$19 a month for as long as you stay subscribed. If your plan ends, because you cancel or payments fail, coming back is at the normal price.
- Why is there still a monthly AI allowance?Every reply from Hazel costs us money to run, so each family has a ceiling of about CA$25 of AI a month. It’s included in the price and the same on every plan. If it’s ever used up, sessions pause until next month, and nothing extra is charged.
- Will my children see any of this? No. Children’s own screens never show a price or a plan: if your plan lapses, they’re told only that Hazel is resting and to ask you. Choosing a plan needs your grown-up PIN.
- Who handles the payment?Stripe, on its own secure pages. We never see your full card number, and nothing about your children ever goes to Stripe. The privacy notice has the details.
How payments and your details are handled is in the privacy notice. Anything else, ask us.
